I use an aromatherapy eye pillow that I keep in the freezer to get rid of puffy eyes when I get home from work. I use a satin travel pillow on the plane and in the car. My hair can glide freely, so it looks the same when I arrive at my destination and my face won't have creases from getting stuck in one position like on cotton. It's sooo comfortable too. I got them both at www.atouchofsatin.com. A friend had seen someone using their travel pillow on one of her trips. I hope this helps! Good luck and great article. Keep it up!

A good haircut. If time is short a fluff and go hairdo is the only way to go.

Aquaphor. You can find it in the moisturizer section at department stores or drugstores. It is the best for dry feet! Put a thick layer on and cover with socks over night. I do this a couple of times a week and I don't have to battle winter scratchy feet anymore!

I place a bottle of moisturizer containing SPF next to my toothpaste so that protecting my skin is part of my morning routine every day of the year.

I was tired of crumbly tissue paper and cotton balls staining my fingertips red after I removed old nail polish. Then I stumbled upon a solution. One night, when I was out of tissue paper, I grabbed a used dryer sheet from out of my laundry basket. Dryer sheets take off the polish faster and more efficiently than cotton or tissues because they are slightly more abrasive. Plus, no more crumbly mess. My dryer sheets lead a double life!
