You know, when I first read it, I thought "GREY- EW!) but wow it can really make a bright color pop. I love the grey and orange invitations. (My wedding will be in August 2010 and will be brown/orange.)

I loved it when grey started popping up as a hot color for weddings. As long as it's done right, it's a great color for weddings! We're using it for a more vintage version of the classic black/white/red color palette -- we're using charcoal, ruby, and cream. I love grey because it's a little softer than black, but still gives you a dark, dramatic color in your palette. I hope this trend stays around for a while!

I like all the grey we're seeing this year. It's fresh and can be a great neutral for your other colors to play against.

I think it would depend on the venue. The space where I'm getting married would look so drab if I went with grey, but I could see how some could totall pull of this color scheme.

I love the grey trend...especially with a soft green and white! so elegant!

I love grey, and have been noticing this trend more often. Particularly royal purple and fuschia look wonderful against grey. I hope I see more brides considering it in their palette. Especially for an icy/frosty winter wedding theme.
