Shoe #1. Thank you for all your votes and, um, soleful comments. With 29 votes for the Naturalizer pair (although Julie, Jordan and Amanda seemed a bit torn!) and only one solid vote for the Taryn Rose wedgies, I think I must go with the majority. Even my mom weighed in ("wedges aren't appropriate" -- sheesh mom). I'll show you a snapshot of the shoes in action as soon as I get a pedicure. --Margit Detweiler

I got them in the mail (from Nordstrom's, of course) a couple of days before the wedding, so I didn't have time to break them in, but nevertheless they were perfectly comfortable. Have fun!
