Posted by: Jes| February 18, 2009 at 08:35 PM Please my fellow readers (especially my fellow public transit riders), sneeze and cough into your elbow, sleeve, arm, ANYTHING but your hand. THANKS! Huge fan of sneezing into your elbow. I've taught all of my students to do this, and I'm currently trying to train my husband to do it too (haha). Also... when I was little that's how I learned to blow my nose; one nostril at a time. The problem is my nose-blows are SO LOUD... I was hoping you had a quiet suggestion .haha. |

I don't know about blowing your nose that way, but I have to say I am a fan of sneezing/coughing into your elbow. I teach second grade and tell this to my kids all the time! There is nothing worse than seeing them sneeze into their hands and then touch a doorknob/desk/pencil/crayon. Eek!
