Multi-blade shredding scissors are ingenious. We've shown them in Real Simple before and they are perfect if you don't have room for a shredder. Last week I stumbled upon an update to the shredding scissor: a dishwasher-safe version designed for chopping herbs. The herb scissors are available here at Lehman's for $9.95. I'm going to be adding these to my kitchen wishlist (Holly's post inspired me to start one). Would you use these? (image from Lehman's)
Posted by: molly| January 12, 2009 at 01:35 PM heck yeah. i'm all about ease in the kitchen. i love cooking, but not spending 800 hours in ther! These are awesome, but I think I might prefer a good, sharp knife. Is it crazy that I really enjoy chopping veggies?! I would love a pair of the originals for junk mail, since I don't have room for a shredder. |

oh, I would definitely use those! I bought a rolling herb slicer as part of a Christmas gift for someone, but this seems even easier to use - great find!
