Something about a party in a box sounds so appealing when your kids are pulling you in every direction and your spouse keeps asking you how the party plans are coming along. Wouldn't you love to pull out a magic box that would poof! make it all magically appear? Well you can. Sorta. Thanks to Tin Parade. Tin Parade isn't just another big box brand. It's a homegrown company built on the creative vision of California-based friends and mothers Kristen and Ryan. They wanted to create stylish and beautiful custom-designed, all-inclusive children’s parties in a box. Why? Most small businesses are built to fill a need. These ladies couldn't find children's party decor that wasn't cheesy or filled with cartoon characters. I don't even have kids and I feel their pain! With both coming from creative backgrounds they decided to take their idea and transform it into a business and Tin Parade was born. With a love of vintage style and detail they've developed several unique themes for both children's parties and showers with more on the way. Each party package includes decorations, invitations, napkins, favors... You know, the essentials. You can also purchase items ala carte, perfect for times when you need a few extras or in case you want to mix and match to develop your own unique theme. I think this is a great idea for busy parents and I'm anxious to see how their new business takes off... Sounds like a fun job, too! (images from tin parade)
