
Want a blow-out dish to celebrate the end of summer this weekend AND put a bumper crop of tomatoes to good use? I nominate this tomato risotto dish I have slightly modified it by using red wine in place of the white wine, but use whatever you've got. Another modification: use your fresh tomatoes in place of the green spring veggies.
