1. Steak Sandwiches. I have 2 pieces of sirloin I could cook and slice. I'll need to buy nice French bread, but I could smear the goat cheese on the bread and layer with sliced steak and basil leaves. Maybe even toss on some roasted red peppers that I have in a jar. 2. Spaghetti with Basil, Goat Cheese, and Bacon. Just a simple pasta dish tossed with crumbled-up goat cheese, torn basil, and cooked bacon. Any other ideas?

try throwing the goat cheese and basil in the food processor with butter, garlic (you can roast it in the microwave to make it less spicy and more garlic-y) and some toasted pine nuts to make a pesto- goat cheese spread.... yum!
