Sour Cream Cakes

SourcreamcakeMy mom made the most delicious blueberry cake ever this past weekend and the secret ingredient (besides glorious Jersey blueberries) was sour cream. My entire family was fighting over every last crumb. It inspired my latest recipe quest for the best sour cream cakes. Here's what I found:

I always replace some of the milk with sour cream when making jiffy cornbread.
