Face time -- underrated: you can't give or get hugs unless you're there in person

Egg white omelets -- overrated: you need to go through 5 eggs to get the same amount of calories as in a 2-egg regular omelette. That's fine if you've got deep pockets. Otherwise... just have the one egg!

Punctuality -- underrated. I say this as someone who was raised to always be on time, but whose best friend and boyfriend obviously were not.

Table manners -- overrated, depending on the company. Certain foods are just meant to be eaten with fingers.

Underrated - peonies (love how they're so dense and striking),
Amy Winehouse (the girl is clearly a total mess but she can definitely sing and her musical style makes a change from the carbon copy pop singers)

labradoodles - they're quite cute but give me a Border Terrier any day

Underrated: face time (the most important on the list); table manners; punctuality (very important - I was raised to get to an event on time or early or not to bother to go);

Overrrated: Brad Pitt; stainless steel appliances (they are so cold looking); spinning class.

Table manners - underrated. Sometimes I feel as though I'm the only one at the table who has and uses them. Brad Pitt and egg white omelets - overrated. Brad isn't THAT cute and egg white omelets just don't taste good or look appetizing no matter what you put in 'em. Labradoodles (at least the ones I've encountered) seem to exhibit the worst qualities of Labs and poodles, and their coats look and feel scruffy. Cats - underrated! Proper spelling and grammar - HIGHLY underrated.

30 Rock is soooo underrated. I love that show!

Punctuality - Both. Some people obsess, and that's unhealthy, but being consistently late is just plain rude.

Creativity - Under. I think people so rarely look for the creativity in others.
Knowing your carbon footprint - I don't see how it's important that you know what your carbon footprint is, but you should probably do at least a little something to reduce it.
Brad Pitt - WAY overrated. Always has been.
Table manners - Underrated
Steel appliances - Small appliances (toasters, mixers, waffle irons) are fine, but giant stainless steel refrigerators are overrated.
Labradoodles - Over. My money is on the puggle.

Face time - under --- just have a visit instead of an e-mail!
Amy Winehouse - over. agree, she is a mess.

Amy Winehouse = Overrated. She's disgusting and really isn't a great singer.
Egg white omelets = Overrated. Are they really that much healthier? I've not heard any definite proof.
Peonies = Underrated. Roses get all the attention.

I have to chime in and say that Labradoodles are UNDERRATED! My husband and I have a mini-labradoodle, Liddy, and we just adore her. I am allergic to dogs so had never had one until we got Liddy. I am so happy to finally be able to have a dog that doesn't make me all sneezy.

Face time - this should be #1 on everyone's list!...

Peonies- beautiful flowers, they never have liked my gardening style though.

Spinning class - Uh? I go in circles everyday, why would I need a class?

Punctuality - I was taught to be on time and usually am totally embarassed if I am late.

Video conferencing - NO thank you!

Creativity - This should be #2 on everyone's list. Being creative is using what you do/have in ways that please you. I write poems when I remember a birthday; people seem to like the poem better than any gift I could buy. Being creative can be as simple as putting love into dusting/vacuuming, or folding the laundry.

Knowing your carbon footprint - I suppose about size 11?

Table manners - so long as you chew with your mouth closed and put your napkin in your lap (not around your neck) everything else will fall into place.

Stainless steel appliances - I HATE them! Have you ever tried to clean the exterior? It is just not possible to get them to look good like they do in the store with that plastic on them.

Labradoodles- A new snack food?

My list would be a little different. Like remembering to turn off lights. Sigh... I seem to forget that they are on and just move on to other places without a thought. I have replaced all the bulbs with those florecents so maybe I am ahead a little here.

Recycling - I did this for the longest while; it became a hassle though because I would have to remember to make the trip to the recycle center every week. If I forgot we were inundated with trash!

I think I agree with everyone!
Definitely underrated- punctuality, table manners, creativity, face time, and peonies (fresh flowers in general).
Overrated- just about everything else. My thought on an egg white omelet- If you only eat a bigger breakfast on the weekends-who has time during the workweek- indulge and have whatever you like!

I can't tell you how much I loath spinning class and Labradoodles kind of scare me!

Underrated:
Face time - can't get enough!
Peonies - my most favorite flower ever
30 Rock - my most favorite show of the moment
Creativity - can't get enough!
Table manners - my 3-year-old son may beg to differ

Overrated:
Amy Winehouse - clean it up a little, please
Spinning class - why pay to be tortured ... in front of your peers?
Egg white omelets - try Egg Beaters instead
Punctuality - there are times when it's important - but more often than not, life is more important than being on time
Video conferencing - I don't need them to see when I roll my eyes - that's why we have calls!
Knowing your carbon footprint - Doing your part is important, but over analyzing every decision and how it can destroy the environment is a little over the top.
Brad Pitt - He's cute but enough already.
Stainless steel appliances - My black are just fine. Just don't take away my smooth-top range.
Labradoodles - a mutt is just as cute.
