If you feel self-conscious about your arms, try on a top with three-quarter length sleeves. The sleeve should hit at the narrowest part of your forearm, which will draw visual attention there and help create longer, leaner looking limbs — no free-weights required.

By contrast, cap-sleeves tend to have the opposite effect, making arms look thicker and shorter than they actually are.
