How to Store Fresh Herbs

Bundle of Fresh HerbsMost bunches of herbs sold at the supermarket yield much more than the average recipe will call for. Instead of letting those fresh, leafy greens wilt in the crisper, extend the shelf life by wrapping them in moist paper towels and then tucking them into a resealable plastic bag. The moisture from the towels will prevent wilting and keep even the most fragile herbs vibrant for up to a week.

If you still haven’t used all of your herbs after a week, use this method to freeze them.
