Finding the time to workout has been my biggest challenge—but I am hopeful (even if it’s limited to a few squats and lunges across the nursery in the middle of the night!).

While doing some exercise research, I stumbled across this post from our colleagues at Health.com.

Their editors ask, “You want lean, strong legs (and a tight, lifted butt!).” My response…ummm, yes please!”
