Food Should Taste Good Pumpkin Chips

Want to serve something a little unexpected this season? One of my favorite snack brands, Food Should Taste Good, has introduced a brand-new limited edition tortilla chip flavor that’s perfect for parties right now: Harvest Pumpkin. As soon as you open the bag, you’ll get a big whiff of what’s inside—sweet pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. The chips smell just like pumpkin pie, but the flavor only has a hint of sweetness, which means they’ll work well with both sweet and savory condiments. I could see serving them with a mild, cream cheese or ricotta dip, warm Brie, or a goat cheese spread.

Even better, there’s a second flavor the company has recently launched, based on one of my all-time favorite foods: Kimchi. Amazingly, they’ve managed to hit on the right combination of cabbage, onion, garlic, and pepper and infused the corn chips with a spicy, tangy, addictive kimchi flavor. Kind of like Korean-style Doritos, these are great all on their own—no condiments necessary.

You can find them at supermarkets and natural  food stores; the kimchi is also available for purchase at foodshouldtastegood.com.
