Come Join Our Twitter Party

If you follow @RealSimple on Twitter (and I hope you do!), you might have noticed that there have been some new faces and voices in our feed lately. In the past few weeks, several of our editors have started tweeting up a storm. Why? Because we want the opportunity to connect with you. We want to know what you’re thinking about, struggling with, and celebrating. So come join our conversation on Twitter.

There are a few ways you can do so:

1. Follow @RealSimple: we’ll point you to the best, most relevant content on our site each day.
2. Follow our editors: I’ll introduce them below, but they’ll give you a first hand look at what’s going on at the magazine and how they make their lives Real Simple every day.
3. Follow the hashtag #makingRS: All of our editors will be sharing photos and 140-character anecdotes about what goes in to making an issue.

So, without further ado, allow me to introduce the editors who are currently at our Twitter party:

Kristin van Ogtrop—our managing editor whom you can also follow on her blog Adventures in Chaos.

Sarah Humphreys—our food-loving and clutter-hating executive editor.

Kathleen Harris—the managing editor of RealSimple.com and soon-to-be mom of twins.

Amy Maclin—our deputy editor who has never seen a cat video she didn’t like.

Sarah Copeland—our food director who thrives on homegrown veggies and stinky cheese.

Didi Gluck—our nail polish, perfume, and shoe-obsessed beauty and health director.

…and me. I’m the ice-cream-loving senior editor of RealSimple.com.

We’ll be adding introducing you more of our editors all the time, so please join us @realsimple and follow our editors to get a sneak peek behind the scenes of the magazine.
