2 Tests to See if Your Sports Bra Needs to Be Replaced

Sports Bra on a Gym Locker

Sports bras do not last forever. Here’s how to tell if the ones in your drawer need to be replaced:

The Stretch Test: If you pull on the straps or the bottom band and there’s no pull back or stretch, it’s time to invest in a new one.

The Size Test: Stack two sports bras on top of each other—preferably one newer and one old. If the old sports bra is bigger in size, it’s time to toss it.

And when you’re ready to replace you’re sports bras, here are our top picks: The Best Sports Bras. I know I’ll be doing some closet cleaning this weekend. Who’s with me?

It’s spring! I always do closet cleaning at the beginning of summer and winter, still early for my cleaning plans :)
