A *Good* Story About an Airline
It seems like most of the news (not to mention tweets and facebook status updates) about airlines these days is negative. So, I was happy to read this story about an airline that held a plane for a passenger on his way to see his ill mother before she passed away.
The passenger’s first flight was delayed and he would have missed his connection and the chance to say goodbye to his mother if the flight attendants and pilot on his original flight hadn’t shared information about his situation. Read the full story here on Christopher Elliot’s blog. It’s good to have an uplifting story like this every now and again. Have you experienced any random acts of kindness recently?
