I’ve inherited the rocking chair that my mother used to lull me to sleep when I was an infant. And this wonderful family heirloom has been used quite a bit over the past year with my our little boy.

Right now the rocker is sporting the original/unpainted look and I am thinking about jazzing it up with a fun color.

So, my question for you—my son’s room mostly incorporates light blues and yellows. What color should I paint the rocking chair? Add more of the same color to his room, or try something new? Suggestions please!
