Tired of putting on the same winter coat day in and day out? It’s easy to revive that cold-weather staple—or an old blazer—just by making one quick fix.

I organize and sort out what’s still good. I often match old tops or pants with a new top or a pair of pants and I accessorize. I sometimes take an old pair pants and make them into crops or shorts.
