How to Eat Healthier With Takeout

Though most people cook dinner—yes, even on busy weeknights—you don’t have to feel guilty about leaving the cooking to someone else. A recent study conducted by Seamless found that, even though ordering delivery or takeout is on the rise, people are trading greasy food for healthier options (last year, customers ordered salads four times more than pizza!).
Looking for something more filling than greens? Robyn Youkilis, Board Certified Health and Cooking Coach, suggests following three simple guidelines when ordering in:
-Save a portion of your meal to eat later (bonus: two meals for the price of one!).
-Make special requests, like asking the restaurant to hold the bread or put the dressing on the side.
-When given the choice, take the healthier option. For example, brown rice rather than white.
