Does anyone else remember making pomanders as a kid? I know we made them at least a couple of years while I was in elementary school. They are such a simple and fragrant decoration for the holidays, and the last forever—well almost forever.

Kelly, over at Design Crush has the step-by-step (basically just sticking cloves into an orange), but she gives some good pointers if you’re having trouble piercing the orange peel.
