Glitter polish is definitely one of my favorite things about the holiday season (especially this gold glitter polish from Sephora/OPI). That is until it’s time to remove the glitter polish. I’ve never gone through so many cotton balls in my life, only to end up picking off pieces of glitter for days afterward.

Luckily there’s an easier way to say goodbye to the glitter. Simply use a piece of felt instead. The tougher material grabs on to the glitter and removes it quickly. For an even easier time changing your polish, hold a piece of felt soaked in polish remover on each nail for about 30 seconds. This will dissolve the polish better than swiping across it multiple times.
