If you’re like me, the snooze button is your down fall in the morning. I can always sleep for just five, ten, or 15 more minutes. In order to break that bad habit, try rewarding yourself with the gift of time later in the day.
So if you got up seven minutes earlier than normal (a.k.a. the time your alarm was really set for), give yourself a seven-minute break during the day to browse the gossip sites, look for fun ideas on Pinterest, or just take a walk.
