Why You Should Store Celery in Aluminum Foil

Celery is one of those vegetables that I don’t buy very often because I never seem to use it all before it goes bad. But this tip from TheKitchn, might help it last a little longer in my refrigerator. They recommend storing celery in aluminum foil instead of in plastic because the foil allows ethelyene to escape, unlike a plastic bag, which prevents the celery from going bad as quickly.
