There are few things I love more than going out to eat with a big group of friends. Alas, there are also few tasks I find more annoying than figuring out a date that fits everyone’s busy schedules. So I was thrilled to come across the website whichdateworks.com. You don’t even have to register for an account to use it. Just name your event, add the email addresses of the people you want to invite, and then mark all the dates that you’re free for dinner. (You can also cross off dates that don’t work for you, and specify dates that might work for you.) The website sends the calendar out to your list of guests, and invites them to add their own availability to it. In the end, you should be left with at least one date that works for everyone. I tried it a few weeks back with a couple of pals from high school, and we were floored by how easy it made the typically tiresome task of getting together.
Give it a try the next time you’re planning a group event, and let us know what you think.
