First, pull back the husks (leaving them attached) and remove all the silk from the ear of corn.
Second, pull the husks closed again and soak the ears in water for about 15 minutes. This will prevent the husks from burning.
Third, grill the corn over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. The husks should be slightly charred.
