Keep Your Avocado From Browning via The Family Dinner
We all know that lemon juice can keep fruits and vegetables from browning, but did you know that the same thing goes for lemon slices? This why-didn’t-I-think-of-that tip from The Family Dinner is the perfect example. Instead of squirting the avocado with lemon juice, simply layer a lemon slice on the cut half of the avocado and wrap it tightly until you’re ready to use it.
And that’s only one of the many new uses for a lemon. What’s your best way to use a lemon, aside from lemonade of course.
