We all know that lemon juice can keep fruits and vegetables from browning, but did you know that the same thing goes for lemon slices? This why-didn’t-I-think-of-that tip from The Family Dinner is the perfect example. Instead of squirting the avocado with lemon juice, simply layer a lemon slice on the cut half of the avocado and wrap it tightly until you’re ready to use it.
