In honor of what would have been Julia Child’s 100th birthday, PBS has put up a remix of clips from her cooking show on their YouTube channel. Even better? They’ve autotuned it. Not only is it catchy (we can’t get “bring on the roasted potatoes” out of our heads!), but it puts together some of Julia’s best advice over the years. For example:
