How to Keep Fried Chicken Crispy

Do you ever make fried chicken at home? It’s one of the best comfort foods of summer, but can be time-consuming to make. If you decide to give it a go (like our recipe for Easy Fried Chicken), use this trick to keep your chicken crispy while you finish preparing dinner.

Fried Chicken on a Cooling Rack

Once your chicken pieces are done frying, set them on a cooling rack in a cookie sheet. This will let them cool without getting soggy on the bottom while you finish preparing the rest of your meal.
