An Easy Way to Hang Small Items

If you’re attempting to hang something small like a surge protector or a small picture frame on your wall. Use this trick from American Woodworker to make sure you drill in the right spot.

Simply photo copy the back of the piece you are hanging, and tape it to the wall where you want to hang it. That way you’ll get the placement exactly right, and you can just  remove the paper when you’re done. Meaning perfectly spaced holes and no marks on your wall.
