Watermelon Pops

What better way to celebrate Independence Day than with a juicy slice of watermelon? Make it easier to eat by adding a popsicle stick to the rind and storing them in the fridge or freezer before serving.

For a decidedly grown-up twist, “marinate” the watermelons slices in tequila, and dip in coarse salt for a twist on the classic margarita!
