Label Beauty Products With Expiration Dates

Make sure you’re not using your beauty products when they are past their prime (they might not perform as well and there could be lurking bacteria if you keep them too long), by taking one extra step when opening a new tube or bottle. Add a label to the bottom or back of the product marking the month and year that you first opened it. Then if the foundation starts to separate or your mascara seems a bit dry, you can check the date to see if it’s time to replace it.

Here are the guidelines for when beauty products expire.

How do you make sure your beauty essentials are still “good?”
