No-Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

We absolutely love this tip from the blog No Biggie. Instead of spending several minutes per egg trying to peel off the shell, simply cut through the shell with a sharp knife and then scoop out the egg with a spoon. It’s perfect if you’re making deviled eggs or another hard-boiled egg recipe since you likely have to cut the egg in half anyway.

Still need to perfect your technique? Here’s how to hard-boil an egg the easiest way.
