If your feet are tired at the end of the day from wearing high heels or being on them too much, you’re about to find a new best friend in a common golf ball.

Keep two golf balls in your freezer during the day, then at night sit at your kitchen table or your desk, and roll a ball under each foot. The texture of the golf ball helps it massage all the tiny muscles in the bottom of your foot.
