Build a Balanced Breakfast

Eggs and Toast

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if you’re grabbing a   pastry or muffin at the coffee shop, you’re not getting the most out of your morning meal.

Shoot for this goal when you’re planning your breakfast: try to get at least three food groups in your meal. So a quick, healthy option would be: a glass of milk, a serving of fruit, and either two pieces of whole wheat toast or an egg (however you like it served).
