Keep Your Side Dishes Warm

Thanksgiving Potluck

As you’re preparing tomorrow’s big meal here’s some ways to keep your side dishes warm while the turkey finishes cooking (or you wait for tardy guests to arrive).

- Store your gravy in an insulated Thermos
– Keep mashed potatoes or another starchy side warm in a slow-cooker turned on to low
– Stash other casseroles in an insulated cooler (they keep things hot as well as cool!)
– Put a heating pad in a soft-sided food carrier to keep the dish warm
