Believe it or not, one way to keep from getting sick this fall is to jump-start your immune system during your daily shower. Right before you get out, alternate the water from hot (for 30 seconds) to cold (for 10 seconds) and back to hot to repeat the sequence two more times. The fluctuations in temperature will get your immune system in gear.
