Natural peanut butter, while delicious and healthy, can be a bit of a pain. Especially when the nuts and oil separate. Luckily, there’s a way to make mixing the two a bit easier without buying a dedicated PB stirrer.
Make sure the jar is tightly sealed, then store it on its side in the refrigerator. This helps in two ways: one, you aren’t trying to push the oil down into the nuts when all it wants to do is rise to the top, and two, the oil will coat the sides of the jar making mixing easier.
