Like Mardi Gras and St. Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo is one of those holidays many of us celebrate simply because it gives us an excuse to eat and drink. And really, what’s wrong with that? Nothing, I say—and any occasion that calls for margaritas and chips and guacamole is just fine with me.
