Frazier & Wing is a small design studio in Portland, Oregon specializing in handcrafted paper mobiles and garlands founded by designer Heather Frazier in 2006. Using found papers (solids, patterns, magazine pages, etc.), feathers, beads and precious stones, Heather carefully constructs works of art that are modern, whimsical and very colorful, enjoyed by both children and adults alike. Each mobile takes 8 hours to create and strands are suspended from a plexiglass disc and are available in many lengths, styles and colorways.

In addition to her current offerings, Heather also makes custom pieces according to client specifications. Wouldn't one of these be a lovely gift? With mobiles and especially garlands currently all the rage, I personally think they would be wonderful.
