Enid is both an online and a retail storefront located in Texas and the owners have a pretty interesting muse — Lara (who owns the shop alongside her husband Tim) is the granddaughter of the late Enid Collins who designed all those fabulous handbags starting in the 50s. Cool, huh? I’m an Enid Collins fan so I was fascinated by Lara’s inspiration. She must have inherited some of her grandmother’s talent, because she designs necklaces using leather that are just super!

Enidshop

Enid curates handmade goods designed mostly independent artists along with some vintage finds, such as furniture, and Lara has such great taste. Here are a few of my favorites shown above…Wouldn’t those pillows look great on a dark gray sofa?

So RS readers, happy Friday and have a fantastic weekend! See you back here on Monday.
