Ready for a little Swedish style with your morning cup of coffee today? I recently heard from the lovely Swedish artist and designer Lena Hautoniemi from Wingbud Wallpaper who has been designing wallpaper for the past year, painting them first by hand. She recently opened an online shop where you can find her beautiful papers. Lena lives in the midwest woodlands of Sweden near the Norwegian border and draws much inspiration from the fields and natural beauty surrounding her home and studio. Would you like a glimpse of some of her patterns? I'm in la la land just looking at the first image, I would love to order this pattern for my office. What do you think? Are you a fan?

I also fancy the paper shown above in this restaurant, don't you? So pretty! It would be so nice to have breakfast in this space I think. But I don't know, I'm still sold on the Polypodium pattern  — in fact I just may order the grayish one for my new apartment. It's fresh and modern yet understated and clean – typical Scandinavian style. Each roll is around $153 USD (1200 SEK) and Wingbud Wallpaper ships worldwide.

Do you have wallpaper in your house? Where? What is the pattern/color? Do you think wallpaper will remain in style for a long time? I hope to see it around for years to come, especially if it looks like this. :)
