Chocolate for Breakfast? Have you seen the beautiful new cookbook by that name from Oak Knoll Inn in Napa Valley? Every menu has chocolate in it — as a first course with fruit like the Chocolate Tacos stuffed with fresh berries and a scoop or sorbet, or in a main course as a Chocolate Omelet with Blueberries in a Pinot Noir Sauce. What a way to start the day!
