A New Eco Problem: Too Many Re-usable Bags

A couple of weeks ago, I came across this post on Re-Nest, and it made me think about how many re-usable bags I have. I did a quick count, and I have more than 20 (I think the actuall number is 23). Granted several of the ones that I have serve specific purposes—two are purse only, I keep them for quick trips to the grocery or the drug store and my Ikea bag is for trips to Ikea or the thrift store to drop off donations—but also quite a few that I’ve just been hanging on to. It’s gotten to the point that I have a re-usable bag just to store my other re-usable bags (have we reached the problematic stage yet?). I did weed my collection the last time I went to the Salvation Army, but I think I’ve gotten at least 3 more since then.

Is this a problem that you have? Where have you gotten all of your bags, and what are you going to do with them?
